Check Usable Size, Logo Printing and the Shipping Label
A similar-looking mailer from another supplier may use a different size convention. Welltroy catalogue sizes use outer width × body length + flap. For example, MB06 is listed as 20 × 28 + 4 cm, approximately 7.87 × 11.02 + 1.57 inches. These are outer measurements; lining and seams reduce usable space.
Measure the packed item, including any retail box or insert. Request the usable opening and inner dimensions, then check insertion and flap closure with a sample. Compare the metallic mailer sizes and order options before choosing a model.
- Logo readability: check contrast, placement and fine details on the selected reflective surface.
- Printing route: confirm the method, colors, coverage and artwork proof for the actual film and finish.
- Courier label: test the intended label and barcode on the sample under your packing conditions.
- Complete pack: check the liner, seams, closure and any extra protection needed for your contents.
For a repeatable fit check, use the bubble mailer size and sample record. A photograph of the finish cannot establish usable inner space or transit protection.

Does a silver bubble mailer automatically have a holographic effect?
No. Silver describes a color or metallic appearance. Ask for the required optical effect and approve a physical sample; a reflective photograph alone does not confirm it.

Does the finish prove waterproofing or recyclability?

Would a poly bubble mailer or a plain poly mailer suit my order?
Consider a poly bubble mailer when your chosen pack needs an inner bubble layer. A plain poly mailer has no bubble cushioning and is commonly used for soft goods. Compare formats against the actual contents and test the complete pack.
