Custom printed sample
Useful for reviewing your artwork and specification. Send your logo, size, colors and material requirements so we can confirm the sample route.
Samples are free. Preparation can take as little as 3 days after specifications and artwork are confirmed. The delivery target is within 7 days of confirmation, depending on destination. Confirm the sample type and shipping arrangements, including any delivery charges, before dispatch.
Before dispatch: confirm which sample is included, any artwork or setup requirements, and who pays the courier charge. A free sample does not automatically mean free delivery.
30% Deposit · 70% Balance
T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit and 70% balance. Confirm the balance payment milestone in your written quotation.
Your quotation should identify the invoicing company, currency, total amount, payment milestones and bank beneficiary. Verify payment details with your established Welltroy contact before transferring funds, especially if any account details change.
Approve the Specification
- Product model, dimensions and usable space
- Material, thickness or paper weight and closure
- Artwork, printing colors and approval reference
- Quantity per design, packing and carton information
- Inspection requirements and agreed acceptance criteria

Production and Delivery Are Separate
Typically about 15–20 days after payment. Confirm the production start milestone in your quotation; shipping time is additional.
For a delivery quotation, include your country, postcode or port and required arrival date. Ask us to specify the available shipping method, dispatch estimate, transit estimate and whether the price includes freight, import duties and taxes. Arrival timing depends on the route and customs clearance.
Raise a Quality Query
Email [email protected] with your order reference, affected quantity, photos or video, and the agreed specification. Keep the affected goods and packaging available for review. For transit damage, include photos of the outer cartons and shipping labels.
Confirm inspection arrangements, reporting deadlines and remedies in your written order terms before ordering. Custom orders are reviewed against their agreed specification.
